The Palais des Beaux-Arts (Fine Arts Museum) in Lille is one of the greatest art Museums in France and Europe. The collection spans an impressive amount of artistic movements, from Antiquity to mid-20th century.

Following the renovation of the Atrium, the museum is now offering digital explorations into the greatest masterpieces of the collection, in Ultra High Definition. Visitors get to see details, brush strokes or hints of previous layers almost invisible to the naked eye. The touch interface can be used for free navigation, as well as points of interest, highlighting the specificities of each artwork.
